By downloading, installing, or using Tosso! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tosso! is a coin flip decision-making application that provides:

  • Single-player coin flip functionality
  • Multiplayer coin flip sessions
  • Custom coin personalization
  • Result sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to manipulate or cheat the coin flip results
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Harass or abuse other users in multiplayer sessions
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

5. User Content

When you upload custom images for your coin:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to store and display your content within the App
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use the content
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Randomness and Fairness

Tosso! uses cryptographically random number generation for coin flips. While we strive to provide fair results, the App is intended for entertainment and casual decision-making purposes only. You should not rely on the App for:

  • Gambling or wagering of any kind
  • Important financial decisions
  • Legal or binding agreements
  • Any decision where the outcome has significant consequences

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
